Webmail is intended to be convienient if you sometimes use more than one computer when accessing your email, or for someone who travels. Perhaps you were unable to login to Webmail. If this is the case, call technical support at the number found here. If you successfully logged into Webmail, then you have full funtionality over your emails as with any email client. You are able to Send, Receive, Delete, and keep an updated address book just as you would in your Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook on your computer. However, this poses a question.

Q. I dont see all of my emails which I have received last week or perhaps last month and my address book is not up to date. Why is this not showing in Webmail?

A. Most email clients such as Outlook Express, will by default pick up the emails that you see when viewing your inbox through Webmail, and download them to your computer. Essential this takes away your ability to see any old emails or any of your deleted items as these are stored on your computer where you access your Outlook Express. Most email programs behave this way, however there is a work around. You can instruct your email client to 'leave a copy of messages on server', to syncronize the two views. Click here to see how to do this.

Keep in mind that for every message you store on Webmail, will count towards your email quota. The current quota as of this writing is 100MB. This space can fill up very quickly if you receive just a few pictures or large attachments to your email address. To alleviate space, you can have Webmail remove a copy of Sent, Trash or Draft emails which it keeps by default.

1. Login to Webmail.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Folder Preferences.
4. Change your folders to 'Do Not Use'.
5. Click Submit.
